    • You are right..it is incredible how 150 years later ” The origin of the world” has still this incredible power to shock.. So contemporary! Somehow It reminds me of the Mies Pavillion in Barcelona…built in 1939…it could have been built today…

      • Absolutely! Not encountered the Mies Pavilion before but taking a look it’s hard to believe it’s over 70 years old – funny how some things can seem dated after a mere matter of months/years, while others can retain a ‘youth’ after decades or even centuries
